Fire Breaks Out at Sagar Hospital Medical Store

Two significant fire incidents occurred in India this week, one at a textile factory in Amritsar and another at a medical store in Madhya Pradesh's Sagar city. In Amritsar, firefighters responded promptly to a blaze that broke out around 3:45 AM, bringing the fire under control without any reported casualties; however, the cause of the fire remains unknown. Meanwhile, in Sagar, a fire erupted at the Bhagyodaya Tirtha Hospital's medical store, leading to the evacuation of patients, although no injuries were reported. Preliminary investigations suggest a potential short-circuit as the cause of the Sagar incident, which destroyed a significant amount of medicines. Both fires prompted immediate responses from emergency services and local authorities, who are continuing to investigate the causes. The extent of damage in Amritsar is still being assessed, while in Sagar, medicines worth lakhs were reported destroyed.
