High Point, North Carolina, saw an impaired driver arrested after a hit-and-run that hurt an adult and four children, leaving two children in critical condition. Additional incidents included a seriously injured pedestrian in a Virginia Beach hit-and-run and closures following crashes in Wisconsin and Nebraska.
