First Look at Lexi Minetree in 'Elle' Prequel

Reese Witherspoon has shared the first look at Lexi Minetree as Elle Woods in the upcoming Amazon Prime Video series 'Elle,' a 'Legally Blonde' prequel. The series, created by Laura Kittrell, explores Elle's formative high school years before her Harvard Law journey, highlighting experiences shaping her iconic character. Witherspoon is an executive producer through her Hello Sunshine company, alongside other producers like Marc Platt. Lexi Minetree, announced in February as the lead, is stepping into her first major role, having previously appeared in shows like 'Law & Order: SVU.' The prequel also stars Tom Everett Scott and June Diane Raphael as Elle's parents. Filming began recently, with series production backed by Amazon MGM Studios.
