Suspect Identified in Battle Ground Double Homicide

Tiffany Vela and Spencer Jones, both 37, were found dead from multiple sharp force injuries in a Battle Ground, Washington home on Tuesday morning. Evaristo 'Junior' Vela, 40, was found critically injured at the scene and has been identified by police as the suspect in the double homicide. Authorities believe the incident is domestic-related and confirmed that there is no ongoing threat to the public or additional suspects. The residence had no prior police history, and the Clark County Major Crimes Team is assisting with the ongoing investigation. Evaristo Vela remains hospitalized.
