On the January 15 episode of 'Sherri', she recounted how the fire, which was dangerously close to her home, triggered memories of witnessing her childhood house burn down when she was 12. Stause admitted that instead of reacting quickly, she was paralyzed by her past trauma, and credited her partner, G Flip, with helping her focus and take action during the crisis. She noted that such situations can reveal unexpected responses, stating, 'You don’t know how you’re gonna react.' Fortunately, she did not lose her home, as many other celebrities have during these devastating fires. The wildfires have affected various areas in Los Angeles, prompting a widespread evacuation and raising concerns over housing in the region.
