PCB Hosts Strategic Workshop for Cricket Future

Captains Babar Azam and Shan Masood, along with other senior players and coaching staff, will attend the Pakistan Cricket Board's 'Strategic Connection Camp' on Monday. The day-long workshop aims to outline the future vision for Pakistan cricket, focusing on identifying key issues, fostering open dialogue, and agreeing on a strategic path forward. Key attendees include senior players Fakhar Zaman, Mohammad Rizwan, and Shadab Khan, as well as head coaches Jason Gillespie and Gary Kirsten. PCB chief Mohsin Naqvi expressed optimism that the session will lead to improved player management and team performance. The workshop will focus on setting performance benchmarks, developing player programs, and enhancing grassroots cricket. Both Gillespie and Kirsten have expressed hope that the meeting will help raise the standard of Pakistan cricket and create a culture of winning.
