CK Group Acquires 32 UK Wind Farms

Li Ka-shing's CK Infrastructure Holdings (CKI) has announced its acquisition of a portfolio of 32 onshore wind farms in the UK from Aviva Investors for approximately £350 million. The portfolio, which has a total installed capacity of 175 megawatts, is expected to generate stable cash flows and immediate returns due to government subsidies and power purchase agreements.
