Another incident in Gunnison County, Colorado, involved a man armed with two handguns who approached law enforcement but eventually surrendered peacefully after negotiations and less-lethal force attempts. In Sierra Vista, Arizona, a man previously arrested for domestic violence was found inside a residence he was ordered to stay away from; after failed negotiation attempts, SWAT used less-lethal munitions to force him out, and he was arrested on multiple charges including domestic violence and resisting arrest.
