Additionally, Jalesia Offer and her fiancé, Brandon Wheatley, have been charged with the homicide of Offer's 6-year-old son, Brian Graham, in Baltimore. The boy was found with severe bruising and burns, and the death was ruled as caused by blunt force trauma.
