Leonel Gutierrez, 18, is charged with attempted robbery and grand theft, while Frank Olano, 22, faces charges of being an accessory after the fact and possession of stolen property and firearms. Wactor was killed after interrupting the suspects who were attempting to steal the catalytic converter from his car. The arrests and charges followed a series of police raids based on evidence, including fingerprints found on a floor jack used in the crime. District Attorney George Gascón emphasized the commitment to seeking justice for Wactor, whose death has sparked calls for stricter crime measures in Los Angeles.
