China Supply Chain Expo Concludes With 6,000+ Deals, Global Firms Participating

The third China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE) held in Beijing showcased China's expanding role in global supply chain integration, innovation, and resilience, with participation from 1,200 exhibitors across 75 countries, including a record 35% international presence and significant representation from U.S. companies. The event featured 152 new products and technologies, a 67% increase from the previous edition, and facilitated over 6,000 cooperation agreements and partnership intentions, emphasizing long-term collaboration rather than short-term transactions. Key sectors highlighted included advanced manufacturing, green agriculture, digital technology, healthcare, smart vehicles, and clean energy, reflecting China's comprehensive supply chain capabilities and its critical position in global industrial ecosystems. The expo also demonstrated environmental leadership by operating on 100% renewable electricity, reducing carbon emissions by over 1,100 tons. Industry leaders like NVIDIA's CEO praised the Chinese supply chain as a “miracle,” underscoring its vitality and extensive connections to over 160 countries, with China contributing about 30% to global economic growth. Attendees stressed the indispensable role of China in global manufacturing, R&D, and sales, calling for enhanced international cooperation to build stronger, sustainable supply chains.
