Cloud, Ionescu Win at 2025 WNBA All-Star Events

At the 2025 WNBA All-Star festivities in Indianapolis, New York Liberty guards Sabrina Ionescu and Natasha Cloud won the marquee Friday night competitions. Cloud claimed the Skills Challenge in her debut with a time of 36.4 seconds, narrowly defeating Erica Wheeler and earning a combined $57,575 in league and sponsor prizes. Ionescu secured her second 3-Point Contest title with a 30-point final round, joining Allie Quigley as the only multi-time winners in that event. The Liberty became only the second team to win both contests at one All-Star event with different players. Defending Skills and 3-Point champion Allisha Gray did not repeat in either event. The All-Star weekend will continue with a game between Team Clark and Team Collier, though Caitlin Clark will miss the contest due to injury.
