Royal Caribbean Plans $100M Upgrades for Three Cruise Ships in 2026

Royal Caribbean is set to amplify three of its popular cruise ships—Ovation of the Seas, Harmony of the Seas, and Liberty of the Seas—in 2026 as part of its Royal Amplified modernization program. These upgrades include revamped pool decks with private casitas, new dining venues such as The Lime & Coconut and El Loco Fresh, enhanced nightlife options like the Pesky Parrot tiki bar, and new accommodations including the Ultimate Family Suite and Panoramic Suite. Harmony of the Seas will debut a Caribbean-inspired pool deck, laser tag, and arcade upgrades, while Liberty of the Seas will offer European itineraries from Southampton featuring a Royal Escape Room and new culinary options including Starbucks. Ovation of the Seas will also introduce Alaskan cruise itineraries in summer 2026 and feature a refreshed pool deck and nightlife enhancements. These improvements follow the successful 2025 amplification of Allure of the Seas, reflecting Royal Caribbean's commitment to continuously reinventing its fleet to elevate guest experiences.
