Judge Allows CIA to Fire DEI Employees, Impacting 51 Officers

The plaintiffs argued their dismissals were politically motivated, violating their rights, but the court found no jurisdiction over these administrative claims. Despite the setback, the plaintiffs' attorney, Kevin Carroll, hopes the director will allow reassignment within the agency.
