Prince William Marks Queen Elizabeth Death Anniversary as Harry Returns UK

Prince William will honor the late Queen Elizabeth II on the third anniversary of her death with a solo engagement at the National Federation of the Women’s Institute in Sunningdale, an organization the Queen was actively involved with for 80 years. This role is significant as King Charles, currently undergoing cancer treatment, is unable to attend public engagements. William’s visit coincides with his estranged brother Prince Harry’s return to the UK for charity events, including the WellChild Awards in London and a community recording studio in Nottingham. Despite both being in the country simultaneously, there will be no reunion between William and Harry, as their engagements do not overlap and their relationship remains strained. King Charles and Queen Camilla have no public appearances scheduled during this time, and the last meeting between the King and Harry occurred over a year ago following the King's cancer diagnosis. William will also visit a youth organization in Lambeth, while Harry is focusing on community and charity work during his visit.
