Bicyclist Killed in Rochester Hit-and-Run; Suspect Arrested

The driver, identified as 51-year-old Bruce Bugbee, allegedly struck the cyclist and fled the scene. After a search, Bugbee was arrested at a residence in Ontario County and charged with vehicular manslaughter and aggravated DWI, with potential for additional charges.
