Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Tom Hardy will star in 'Blood on Snow', a film adaptation of Jo Nesbø's crime thriller novel directed by Cary Fukunaga. Set in 1970s Oslo, the story revolves around a gang rivalry where Taylor-Johnson plays Olav, a hitman whose moral code is tested when ordered to kill his boss's wife. Instead of following through, Olav devises a plan that puts him in danger and forces him into the heart of a deadly gang war. The screenplay is co-written by Nesbø and Ben Power, with Hardy producing alongside Fukunaga and other notable figures. Filming is set to start later this year, and the film is expected to draw significant attention at the Toronto International Film Festival. Both stars have upcoming high-profile projects, including Hardy's 'Venom: The Last Dance' and Taylor-Johnson's 'Kraven the Hunter'.
