Three Men Shot, Two Hospitalized Under Guard Joliet Riverwalk Homes

Three men were injured in a shooting outside the Riverwalk Homes Apartments in Joliet, Illinois, after police responded to a report of a large gathering causing a disturbance. The victims, aged 30, 32, and 45, sustained gunshot wounds to their legs and were transported to local hospitals; the 30-year-old man was in serious condition while the others were stable. Authorities believe that two of the injured men were actively involved in the shooting and are currently under police guard in the hospital. Two vehicles were also damaged by gunfire, and a gun was recovered at the scene. Police are reviewing surveillance footage and collecting evidence as the investigation remains open and active.
