Washington Man Arrested in Palm Springs Fertility Clinic Bombing

Federal authorities arrested Daniel Park, a 32-year-old Washington state resident, in connection with the deadly bombing at a Palm Springs fertility clinic last month. Park was detained at John F. Kennedy International Airport after being deported from Poland and appeared in federal court in Brooklyn, agreeing to detention and transfer to California. He is accused of supplying 270 pounds of ammonium nitrate, a material used for bombs, to Guy Bartkus, the primary suspect who died in the explosion. Authorities are investigating the bombing as an act of terrorism, noting that both Park and Bartkus shared nihilistic ideologies expressed online. Park's reasons for traveling to Poland remain unclear, and he was reportedly not in Southern California when the attack occurred.
