Taiwanese manufacturers Largan Precision and Genius Electronic Optical (GSEO) have been identified as the primary suppliers for these advanced lenses, with GSEO undergoing final validation tests. Production for these components is expected to ramp up, enhancing not just zoom but also image stabilization and low-light performance. The iPhone 16 series may also feature touch-sensitive buttons, a vertical camera layout, and the new iOS 18 operating system.
