Corden, Harris, Cannavale Lead Broadway Revival of Art
The Tony Award-winning play Art by Yasmina Reza is set for its first-ever Broadway revival this fall, starring Neil Patrick Harris, James Corden, and Bobby Cannavale. Directed by Scott Ellis, the production will preview on August 28, 2025, and officially open on September 16, running for a limited 17-week engagement at the Music Box Theatre through December 21. The comedy explores the friendship of three men tested by a heated debate over an expensive white painting, delving into themes of taste, ego, and loyalty. This revival marks Corden's first Broadway return since 2012 and features Harris and Cannavale, both acclaimed for their previous stage and screen work. Producers Michael Shulman, Adam Speers, and Gavin Kalin highlight the play's enduring power to portray friendship and the impact of art. Tickets go on sale May 30, following a fan pre-sale on May 29.
