Team Nigeria Gears Up for Paris 2024 Olympics

Team Nigeria is set to participate in 11 events at the 2024 Paris Olympics with a delegation of 88 athletes, aiming to excel in athletics, wrestling, boxing, and Taekwondo. Notable athletes like Tobi Amusan, Ese Brume, and Aruna Quadri are expected to lead Nigeria's medal hopes. The Minister of Sports Development, John Enoh, encourages the team to surpass their 1996 Olympic Games achievements. Concurrently, Africa Station, an initiative celebrating African culture and sport, has been inaugurated near the Stade de France, offering diverse activities and exhibitions to promote inclusivity and unity during the Paris 2024 Olympics and Paralympics.
