Alight Inc. Reports Q4 2024 Financial Results, Anticipates Growth for 2025

Alight Inc. reported its Q4 2024 earnings, revealing a slight revenue decline of 0.3% to $680 million but a significant net income improvement to $29 million, compared to a loss of $121 million the previous year. The company saw a 9.8% increase in BPaaS revenue and adjusted EBITDA grew to $217 million for the quarter. Despite a yearly revenue reduction of 2.3%, Alight managed to decrease its net loss to $140 million from $317 million in 2023.
