UK Government Confirms £150 Energy Discount for Over 6 Million Households

The UK government has confirmed that over six million households across England, Scotland, and Wales will benefit from the Warm Home Discount scheme this winter, receiving a one-off £150 discount on their energy bills. More than 250,000 families in England and Wales are receiving letters starting this week to confirm their eligibility, with most having the discount automatically applied.
