Thomas Cook (India) Limited, in collaboration with SOTC Travel and other partners, has launched 'Dhruv', an AI-powered travel assistant aimed at enhancing the business travel experience. This agentic voice-enabled platform supports over 20 languages and utilizes advanced AI and sentiment analysis to assist users with bookings, modifications, and real-time travel management. The initiative comes as the Indian business travel sector is projected to grow from $10.6 billion to $20 billion by 2030, highlighting the demand for more efficient travel solutions.
