Witnesses reported she was treated by medical personnel immediately after the fall, which occurred after she spoke with family in the gallery. Foxx later reassured the public via social media that she was doing fine, stating she had 'just a few small cuts' and humorously referring to herself as 'tougher than a $2 steak.'
