Amazon MGM Reveals Masters of Universe Live-Action Title, Sets 2026 Release

Amazon MGM Studios has revealed the title logo for the highly anticipated live-action Masters of the Universe film, which is set to release in theaters on June 5, 2026. The movie follows Prince Adam, who crash-landed on Earth as a child and must reclaim his magical Power Sword to return to Eternia and defeat the villainous Skeletor by becoming He-Man. Nicholas Galitzine stars as He-Man, joined by Camila Mendes as Teela, Idris Elba as Man-At-Arms, Alison Brie as Evil-Lyn, Morena Baccarin as The Sorceress, and Jared Leto as Skeletor, among others. Directed by Travis Knight with a screenplay by Chris Butler, the film aims to balance nostalgia for the 1980s original while offering a fresh take, featuring familiar characters and outfits alongside a modernized logo and orchestral score. Filming wrapped in June 2025, and the title reveal video showcases the logo in multiple languages, emphasizing its global appeal.
