During an episode of her podcast 'Let’s Be Honest', she revealed that she woke up to find a man crawling on her bedroom floor, alarming her as her son Camden was sleeping beside her. Despite the shock, Cavallari instinctively remained calm, refraining from yelling to avoid alarming her son. She later discovered that the intruder was an HVAC technician who had previously worked on their unit and had stolen money from their belongings. The incident remains unknown to her children, as she has chosen to keep it from them, calling it one of the scariest moments of her life. Cavallari confirmed that they were able to recover the stolen money.
