Three Ohio Residents Die in Separate Knox, Paulding County Crashes
Three fatal vehicle crashes occurred recently in Ohio, all currently under investigation by the Ohio State Highway Patrol. In Paulding County, Steve Branham, 42, died when his SUV crashed into a truck after failing to stop at an intersection; alcohol is suspected as a factor. In Knox County, Joseph Morr, 30, died in a one-vehicle crash on Ohio 3 when his Chevrolet Trailblazer left the road, hit a ditch, tree, overturned, and collided with a building, despite wearing a seatbelt; it remains unclear if alcohol or drugs were involved. Also in Knox County, a Vespa motorcycle accident on State Route 95 resulted in the death of Bridgette Murray, 52, who was a passenger not wearing a helmet; the driver, Alicia Johnson, 70, sustained serious injuries. These incidents highlight ongoing safety concerns on Ohio's roads involving various vehicle types and driver behaviors.
