Brandworks Technologies Raises $7M Led by Cactus Partners

Brandworks Technologies, an Indian electronics design-led manufacturing company, secured $7 million in a Series A funding round led by venture capital firm Cactus Partners, with additional participation from Gujarat Venture Finance Limited, Legacy Assets, and the Hira Group. The capital will be used to expand and upgrade its research and development centers, develop next-generation product platforms, establish global partnerships, and scale manufacturing with new high-efficiency production lines. Brandworks aims to become a global leader in electronics R&D and manufacturing, focusing on products such as AI hardware, IoT solutions, advanced audio systems, charging technologies, surveillance systems, and renewable energy products. The company also plans to strengthen its workforce by hiring more engineering, design, and operations talent. Cactus Partners highlighted the growth potential of the electronics manufacturing industry, driven by India's 'Make in India' initiative and shifting global supply chains. This investment marks Cactus Partners’ eleventh overall and its third in the manufacturing sector, reinforcing its commitment to supporting India's electronics innovation and manufacturing capabilities.
