Rhianni Davis, 30, has been charged with four counts of first-degree murder following a mass shooting on a Chicago Transit Authority Blue Line train at the Forest Park station, where four people were fatally shot while sleeping early Monday morning. Miller, 64, Simeon Bihesi, 28, and an unidentified man, appeared to be targeted randomly with no prior interaction with the shooter, and may have been homeless.
