Arizona Wildcats Announce Red-Blue Showcase Dates

The Arizona Wildcats will host their annual Red-Blue Showcase twice this year, marking a first for the program. The first event will take place on October 4 at the McKale Center in Tucson, followed by a second showcase on October 11 at Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale. Both events will feature player introductions, a 3-point contest, a slam dunk contest, and a scrimmage. The showcases will be hosted by former Wildcats Richard Jefferson, Channing Frye, and Kendrick Perkins, with both games streamed on ESPN+. Tickets for the showcases will go on sale on August 22, starting at $10, and there will be a post-event gathering featuring Gilbert Arenas and entertainment. The Wildcats are entering their first season in the Big 12, bringing hope for a competitive year ahead.
