Nakhua claims that the allegations have led to widespread condemnation and ridicule, damaging his reputation and professional standing. He is seeking Rs. 20 lakhs in damages and has requested the court to prevent Rathee from making further defamatory statements. The hearing for the case is scheduled for August 6, 2024. This legal trouble follows an earlier FIR related to a parody account falsely operating under Rathee's name, prompting further scrutiny of his online activities.
