Undersea Cables Cut Amid Hybrid Warfare Concerns

Recent incidents involving the cutting of two undersea communications cables in the Baltic Sea have raised significant alarm regarding hybrid warfare tactics and the vulnerability of critical telecommunications infrastructure.
