Anita Verma-Lallian Buys Matthew Perry's LA Home

Anita Verma-Lallian, an Indian-origin real estate developer and film producer, purchased the Los Angeles home of late actor Matthew Perry for $8.55 million in an off-market deal. The Pacific Palisades property, where Perry tragically passed away, was acquired by Verma-Lallian, who is also the founder of Camelback Productions. She performed a traditional Hindu 'puja' to bless the home and honor Perry's memory. Verma-Lallian admired the house's features, especially its ocean views, and plans to retain some of Perry's unique design elements, like the Batman logo in the pool. The purchase was motivated by her love for the home rather than its previous ownership, and she intends to use it as a vacation home.
