The Jaguar C-X75, originally a concept car unveiled in 2010, has been transformed into a road-legal vehicle by Ian Callum's design consultancy. This one-off supercar, commissioned by an unnamed collector, showcases what the C-X75 could have been had Jaguar proceeded with production plans that were scrapped in 2012 due to economic downturns. The re-engineered C-X75 features a 5.0-liter supercharged V8 engine, a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission, and extensive modifications including an active aerodynamics system and a luxurious interior design. Callum reflects on the C-X75 as 'the one that got away,' emphasizing its potential through this bespoke commission. The project involved over a thousand hours of work to perfect the bodywork and enhance driving capabilities, resulting in a sophisticated blend of performance and elegance. This modified vehicle pays homage to its cinematic past, as it was one of the stunt cars used in the 2015 James Bond film, Spectre.
