London Celebrates TV and Film Achievements

London hosted two star-studded events this week: the British Film Institute's fundraising gala and the Inside Soap Awards. At the BFI gala, Daisy Edgar-Jones, Nathalie Emmanuel, and Tilda Swinton led the arrivals, with Swinton also showing support for Gaza at the San Sebastian Film Festival. The Inside Soap Awards saw Jennifer Metcalfe and Eden Taylor-Draper among the attendees, with Taylor-Draper winning Best Actress and Coronation Street taking home six awards, including Best Soap. Maureen Lipman made her first public appearance since announcing her engagement to David Turner. The Glamour Women of the Year Awards also took place, celebrating influential women and activists, with Zara McDermott and Myleene Klass making notable red carpet appearances.
