Dillon Brooks, Ex-Girlfriend File Mutual Restraining Orders

NBA player Dillon Brooks has filed for a temporary restraining order against his ex-girlfriend and mother of his two children, Heather Andrews, alleging years of harassment, threats, and property damage. Brooks claims the harassment began in 2018 when Andrews was pregnant with their first child and escalated during and after her second pregnancy. He alleges Andrews threatened to cut off his fingers, destroy his basketball career, and harm his mother, in addition to damaging his belongings, hacking his accounts, and sending herself threatening messages purporting to be from him. Brooks also accuses Andrews of frequently sending emotionally abusive messages and publicly sharing private exchanges to harm his reputation. Andrews previously obtained her own restraining order against Brooks, claiming harassment and threats. Both parties are expected to present their cases before a Los Angeles judge in July.
