Road Closures Across Multiple Locations Until Early May

Multiple major highways in Indiana are experiencing or will soon experience lane closures and traffic disruptions due to construction and maintenance projects. On I-69 in Vanderburgh County, both northbound and southbound passing lanes between Mile Markers 2 and 5 will close for grading and seeding work starting May 12, expected to last a week depending on weather conditions. The Indiana Toll Road in Elkhart will see single lane closures eastbound and westbound for overhead structure repairs between Mile Markers 127 and 157 starting May 10. I-94 near U.S. 20 will have overnight eastbound lane closures and rolling slowdowns for overhead structure replacement work from May 7 through May 10. In Indianapolis, I-65 will have overnight lane and ramp closures throughout the week near the I-465 interchange and Keystone Avenue for shoulder strengthening and repaving. Meanwhile, in North Little Rock, Arkansas, I-40 eastbound is currently shut down near Mile Markers 159 and 160 due to multiple vehicle crashes with injuries, and is expected to remain closed for several hours.
