Tenisha Warner, wife of the late actor Malcolm-Jamal Warner, has spoken out publicly for the first time since his tragic drowning death in July. In a heartfelt Instagram post shared on September 12, one day before their eighth wedding anniversary, she reflected on their love and the profound impact he had on her and their daughter. Honoring his legacy, Tenisha and their daughter have launched the River & Ember initiative alongside The Warner Family Foundation, aiming to nurture children's creativity and inner light. The foundation is dedicated to continuing Malcolm-Jamal Warner’s passion for family and supporting young artists. Tenisha expressed gratitude for the support during this difficult time and emphasized that their love and legacy continue to move forward. Warner died after being caught in a strong current while swimming in Costa Rica, with his cause of death listed as asphyxiation by submersion.
