Healthify Secures $45 Million Funding Round

Healthify, a health and wellness startup formerly known as HealthifyMe, has raised $45 million in funding, led by Khosla Ventures and LeapFrog Investments, with participation from Claypond Capital. The funds will primarily support Healthify's expansion into the US market and enhance its AI-driven nutrition and fitness coaching capabilities. The company claims a user base of over 40 million in India and aims to customize its AI offerings to cater to local cultural preferences in the US. Healthify has conducted successful alpha tests in the US and plans to launch its app by the end of the year. With this funding, Healthify's total equity raised has reached approximately $125 million since its inception in 2012. The startup also aims for operational profitability and plans to leverage its cost-effective services compared to traditional US health solutions.
