AMC has announced that Nicholas Denton will star as Guy Anatole in 'Anne Rice's The Talamasca,' the latest addition to the Anne Rice Immortal Universe. The series, which is set to premiere in 2025, follows the secretive society known as the Talamasca, responsible for monitoring supernatural beings like witches and vampires. Production is scheduled to begin next month in Manchester, England, with a six-episode season planned. Denton's character, a brilliant law student, discovers he has been watched by the Talamasca since childhood, leading him into a world of supernatural intrigue. The series is overseen by John Lee Hancock and Mark Lafferty as co-showrunners, with Hancock also directing. This new show joins AMC's existing adaptations of Rice's works, including 'Interview with the Vampire' and 'Mayfair Witches.'
