The photo was initially posted on OnlyFans at a friend's encouragement, later removed when Warnier deactivated her account, and resurfaced when she reactivated it. The Trust has emphasized its strict mortuary codes of practice and launched a formal inquiry. Colleagues denounced the act as 'brazen,' while Warnier maintains that personal conduct outside work should not affect her job. The incident is part of a wider trend of NHS staff joining platforms like OnlyFans to supplement low wages, with charities noting an increase in such cases. Broomfield Hospital was recently rated as 'Requires Improvement' by the Care Quality Commission.
