Ayrton Senna's legacy will be honored with the construction of the Senna Tower in Balneário Camboriú, Brazil, a planned 500-meter supertall residential skyscraper featuring 228 luxury apartments, including unique 'suspended mansions' and penthouses. Designed by Lalalli Senna, the tower will incorporate an immersive space dedicated to the late Formula 1 champion, complete with a race track and leisure facilities. The project, which has received necessary approvals and is set to begin construction in the second half of 2025, will take approximately ten years to complete. The Senna Tower is expected to surpass the current tallest residential building, New York's Central Park Tower, and will also feature public entertainment spaces. As a UNESCO World Heritage site, Brasilia continues to showcase Brazil's architectural innovation, making the Senna Tower's design a fitting tribute to the nation's modernist aspirations. Sales for the units are anticipated to commence by the end of 2024.
