Bologna has officially signed Dutch forward Thijs Dallinga from Toulouse for a reported fee of €15 million ($16.3 million), as confirmed by the Serie A club. The 23-year-old, who has one cap for the Netherlands, is expected to bolster Bologna's attacking lineup following the departure of Joshua Zirkzee to Manchester United. Dallinga enjoyed a productive period at Toulouse, scoring 37 goals in various competitions and contributing to the club's first major trophy, the Coupe de France, in 2023. He has signed a five-year contract that will keep him at Bologna until 2029, with an annual salary of €1.6 million. Bologna will kick off their Serie A season against Udinese on August 18, marking their debut in the modern Champions League under new coach Vincenzo Italiano.
