Multiple Shooting Suspects Arrested in Different States

Several suspects in separate shooting incidents have been apprehended or turned themselves in. In Cumberland County, Douglas Ray Chavis II surrendered to deputies and was charged with first-degree murder after shooting two people, one fatally. In Council Bluffs, Ethan William Stevenson was arrested for attempting to murder a teenager, following an earlier arrest of Isaac James Landanger for the same incident. In Rock Hill, Jerrique Tavrone Markez Dunham turned himself in for the attempted murder of a teen at a McDonald's, and his brother Jameson Dunham was previously charged as an accessory. The victims in these cases have survived, although some remain in critical condition.
