Woman Charged in Manchester Shooting Death

Alicia Castagnino, 24, of Manchester, New Hampshire, has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder following the shooting death of Brennan Pelio. The incident occurred at a condominium on Silver Street around 10 p.m. Tuesday, where Pelio, 27, was found dead with a gunshot wound to the head.
