Tiger Woods to Design 'The Loop' at Augusta

Tiger Woods will design a nine-hole par-3 course, named 'The Loop', at Augusta Municipal Golf Course, also known as 'The Patch', as announced by Augusta National Golf Club chairman, Fred Ridley. The course, honoring caddies who gathered there, is expected to open before the 2026 Masters. Additionally, Woods' TGR Foundation will establish a TGR Learning Lab in Augusta by 2028 to serve Richmond County students with a STEAM curriculum. This initiative is part of a broader renovation project at The Patch, funded by Augusta National, which began in December 2023. Woods expressed his honor and excitement to contribute to the education and golfing community in Augusta through this partnership. The collaboration marks a deepening of Woods' legacy and connection with Augusta and the Masters.
