Norfolk Police Probe Fatal Elmhurst Area Shooting

Norfolk police are investigating a homicide after 63-year-old Lee A. Charity was found shot and pronounced dead at the scene in the 4800 block of Kennebeck Avenue around 2:40 a.m. on July 3. The shooting took place in the Elmhurst area, near Sewells Point Road and Kennebeck Avenue. Authorities have not released any suspect information.
