Traffic Incidents Cause Major Delays on Highways

Traffic incidents caused significant disruptions on several highways. A van fire on the M25 in Surrey led to lane closures and severe delays, while a car crash on the M25 in Essex resulted in hour-long delays. In the US, a moving truck collided with a big rig on Highway 101 near San Luis Obispo, blocking lanes and causing traffic backups. A vehicle fire on I-64 at the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel in Virginia also caused major delays.
